3. Payments

4. Contract Length & Cancellation
- All website contracts have a minimum term of 6 months.
- After the initial 6 months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
- If you cancel before 24 months of continuous payments:
- The website will be taken offline.
- Any associated domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and technical assets remain the property of Visible Me.
- Ownership of the website (design and build) transfers to the client only after 24 months of continuous payments (see Section 5).
5. Ownership of Website & Intellectual Property
- All websites, designs, and materials created by Visible Me remain our property for the first 24 months of service.
- After 24 months of continuous payments, ownership of the website (design and build) will be transferred to the client.
- Following transfer of ownership, the client will be responsible for ongoing costs such as domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, and any third-party services.
- Until ownership is transferred, the client has a license to use the website but does not own the intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee that websites will be available without interruption or free from errors.
- We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data caused by downtime, technical issues, third-party failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services provided.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your use of the website or services at any time if you breach these Terms.
